Wow .. things are moving right along (just like we knew they would!). You were right to hold out and not panic too much ... Astrid is progressing nicely. Can't wait to see pics and here adventures from the NICU reunion! Katy could play for hours by herself, too ... must be the only child syndrome ... it's a great thing! Katy didn't require constant companionship to enjoy herself. She was inventive and had a great imagination, imaginary friends (two of them ... Denny & Gervis ... Denny disappeared the day the robbers came and took him away ... but Gervis hung in there for a very long time ... probably two years. I'm glad to hear that Astrid is talking more, too .. again, just like we knew she would! Look forward to more updates and news!! ~S. xo
